I'm a fitness professional specialising in recreational run coaching and complimentary training in the gym my Qualifications Include:

After an ACL rupture leading to knee reconstructive surgery at 17, I was forced into the gym for rehab. After literal blood, sweat and tears I made a full recovery. During this time fitness became a passion of mine as I was researching how best to optimise my training and nutrition for the quickest and best results, it is now my career to help others achieve what I did and to be the person that I feel I needed to guide me through my Journey. I started as a Personal Trainer in the gym and have now expanded to Run Coaching & Programming out on the track with an added mission of trying to get as many runners and athletes as possible into the gym. I live and grew up on the Central Coast where there is a great culture for fitness and sport.
RunSharp was a name that fell into my lap as it perfectly encapsulates my training philosophies. Those being following an intelligently planned out training program which is holistic and includes proper periodisation, strength and conditioning and healthy nutrition strategies. Putting all of these aspects will have you running sharp and strong.
I don't only train a certain type of person. I train a wide variety of people, many not involved in the sport of running. Youth athletes (track, cross country, and sport specific) have become a niche of mine that brings me a lot of joy when seeing the smile and the results that come with smart training. Recreational to advanced runners have found great success in my programming and coaching, especially those who attend my Tuesday Track Nights! Sport specific athlete training has also been a target of mine having great success in improving on field performance through Strength & Conditioning, sport specific speed and agility training, and overall specific fitness for these athletes.
My added goal is to have as many runners as possible also be in the gym to ensure they can maximise their performance, minimise injury and be a smarter, stronger, and healthier athlete!
