Youth Coaching

It's important to be instilled with the correct technique and training at a young age to ensure we progress at the right rate and build a foundation that will benefit us for life.

Having coached several under 8-18 year olds to success in areas such as cross country placings, high percentile running times, sport specific fitness, sprinting technique and much more. I've found great enjoyment in building coach athlete relationships with these superstars and seeing them grow at such an amazing rate.

If you are wanting the highest quality experience for your child, I highly recommend one-on-one coaching so they can get a individualised and personal experience catered exactly to their goals. After a short time in personal sessions they will then benefit fully from a group.

Group sessions are fantastic for kids who have already mastered the fundamentals and are ready to get stuck into an environment with other superstars to reach a new level of fun and performance. In saying this, the group sessions are still great for beginners and everyone is catered for no matter the level!

Youth Pricing

One-on-one/ semi- Private group training
From $55

A 40 minute one-on-on coaching session targeting your child's goal. Weather that is cross country, track, sport specific training, or strength and conditioning.

Do you know some friends that could join in to make a semi-private group environment? Split the cost and help create a more high energy and fun session with friends!

Adult Coaching

I have a number of coaching options for all goals and experience both in the gym and out on the run!

Options can be as personal as full access one-on-one coaching with me including personal sessions and all programming/training tools. Options also include coming down to a group training session to level up your performance and be a part of the RunSharp Community!

Online Coaching

Online coaching is perfect for those outside of RunSharp's area but still want to be a a part of something special. It's perfect for those who don't need in person coaching and may already have a S&C coach (or are independent in the gym), and are already a part of a running group in their area!

 

All they need is that unbiased helping hand to make that leap into next level fitness. My online coaching is done through google sheets, it includes all programming (running + gym), weekly check in forms and calls, nutritional advice, joint calender, and personal correspondence with me at any time!

This option is for someone who just needs that little helping hand with their training, an unbiased set of eyes to handle all of your programming using top training philosophies.
