Running Technique for all ages!
Whether you're sprinting or distance running, my running technique coaching focuses on teaching you how to move your body efficiently and freely from head to toe. The goal is to maximise performance and minimise wasted energy.
My coaching philosophy is to learn from the top down, addressing each part of the body to ensure optimal movement. I incorporate skills and drills in the problem areas until the movement feels so natural that it's boring. This method ensures that you develop a smooth and efficient running technique.
Everyone has their own individual movement and style, the goal is not to remove your own style from your running but instead to make your style fit into what we know is optimal technique.
